中学教师是我国基础教育顺利实施的主要生力军,他们的心理健康直接影响着学生的心理健康。然而当前中学老师普遍存在着精神压力大、人际关系不协调等心理问题,从社会、教育环境、学校及中学教师个体四个方面分析他们的心理问题产生的原因,并提出相应的对策,将有利于提高中学教师的心理健康水平。

The secondary school teachers are the main new force in the process of smooth implementation of our elementary education. Their mental health situations have direct impact on those of students. However, nowadays there universally exist such mental problems as high mental stress, uncoordinated interpersonal relationship and so on. Analyzing the causes of mental problems from such aspects as the society, educational environment, the school, the secondary school teachers themselves, and putting forward countermeasures, it will favorable keep and improve the teachers＇ mental health level.
