禽流感病毒H5N1亚型血凝素氨基酸序列的变异分析

摘要 目的研究不同来源禽流感病毒H5N1亚型血凝素(hemagglutinin,HA)氨基酸序列的变异及变异规律。方法以GenBank公开的禽流感病毒H5N1亚型HA氨基酸序列为材料,利用生物信息学的手段分析其同源性及氨基酸变异规律。结果46个禽流感病毒H5N1亚型HA氨基酸序列之间的同源性为90%~100%;同一地区来源的氨基酸之间的同源性大于异地来源的同源性;在H5N1亚型HA氨基酸序列中,天冬酰氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸和天门冬氨酸最常发生突变。结论禽流感病毒H5N1亚型血凝素氨基酸序列的变异呈现出一定的规律。 Objective To study variance laws of te hemagglutinin amino acid sequences of the avian influenza virus (H5N1). Methods The variance laws of amino acid sequence in GenBank were studied using bioinformatics methods. Results The degree of amino acid sequence homology of H5N1 hemagglutinin from different areas was 90%- 100%. The degree of amino acid sequence homology in virueses from the same area were greater than that in viruses from differ- ent areas. In the amino acid sequence of hemagglutinin of avian influenza, asparagine, serine, threonine, arginine and aspartic acid had mutations. Conclution Variance reveals some laws about hemagglutinin amino acid sequences in H5N1.
