摘要
目的了解唐山市人群齿龈内阿米巴感染情况。方法选择唐山市路北区防疫站和滦县人民医院体检者400人,用无菌牙签取齿龈周围垢物或口腔病灶垢物,采用生理盐水直接涂片法光镜下检查齿龈内阿米巴,记录观察结果。结果受检者齿龈内阿米巴感染率为27.50%(110/400),其中低文化程度者感染率高于高文化程度者(χ2=50.00,P<0.05),不经常刷牙者感染率高于经常刷牙者(χ2=36.02,P<0.05),使用药物牙膏者感染率高于使用普通牙膏者(χ2=4.88,P<0.05),吸烟及饮酒者感染率高于不吸烟和不饮酒者(χ2吸烟=35.62,χ2饮酒=33.57,P均<0.05),有口腔疾病患者感染率高于健康者(χ2=50.73%,P<0.05)。在各种口腔疾病中,牙周炎患者齿龈内阿米巴感染率最高,为56.52%。结论唐山市人群中齿龈内阿米巴感染较普遍,齿龈内阿米巴感染与口腔疾病具有相关性。
Objective To approach the current infection status of Entarnoeba gingivalis. Methods 400 medical examination employees at the Epidemic Prevention Station of the Lubei district and the People's Hospital of Luanxian County in Tangshan were surveyed by direct saline smear method, and smears were observed under an optical microscope. Results The E. gingivalis infection rate was 27. 50% among the 400 subjects. Gingival amoebic infection has nothing to do with gender, age, or urban/rural setting and is closely related to oral disease, education, oral hygiene habits and the types of toothpaste used. The higher the education level is, the lower the infection rate of E. gingivalis was (χ^2= 50.00, P〈 0.05). The infection rate of E. gingivalis people who regularly brush their teeth is obviously lower than that of those who do not brush their teeth regularly (χ^2= 36.02, P〈0.05). The rate of those Who use drug toothpaste is higher than that of those who use ordinary toothpaste (χ^2 = 4.88, P〈0.05). The rate of those who have oral disease is higher than that of healthy persons (P〈0.05). The E. gingivalis infection rate in periodontitis patients is 56.52%, which is the highest (χ^2= 50.73, P〈0.05) among various oral diseases. Conclusion E. gingivalis infection is very common and is related to oral disease.
