粘细菌Sorangium cellulosum So0087-3-3菌体提取物的分离和鉴定

摘要 以福建莆田地区分离得到的粘细菌Sorangium cellulosum So0087—3—3为研究对象,通过发酵培养对菌体的化学成分进行研究.从5L发酵菌体提取物中分离得到7个化合物,通过1D,2DNMR以及质谱数据鉴定了化合物1~3的结构,分别为2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylamine,麦角甾醇,过氧麦角甾醇;初步确定化合物4~7为脂肪酸甘油酯类化合物. Myxobacteria are Gram-negative gliding bacteria that noted for complicated multicellular social behavior and the excellent ability to produce various bioactive compounds. Recently, we have embarked on a research program looking for new structural and bioactive metabolites from myxobacteria, and the strain So0087-3-3 was isolated from the soil of Putian, Fujian, and was identified as Sorangium cellulosum. Herein,we reported the fermentation,isolation and structure elucidation of the compounds from this strain. 5 L cultures were fermented and the chemical constituent from mycelia culture was studied. Seven compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and the structures of compounds 1 -3 were elucidated respectively as 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylamine, ergosterol, peroxy-ergosterol by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D-, 2D-NMR data and mass-spectrometric analyses. Compounds 4 -7 were identified as glyceride.
