Progress of the Methodology of Testing Vegetables Tolerant to Salinity

综述了国内外蔬菜耐盐主要鉴定指标以及目前应用的直接鉴定法、间接鉴定法和分子标记辅助选择鉴定法等主要耐盐性鉴定方法,并指出了蔬菜耐盐鉴定中存在的问题和研究方向。

This article provides a review of salinity tolerance testing of vegetable crops by using direct, indirect and molecular marker testing methodology. The challenges and future focus of salinity test are also discussed in this article.
