摘要
《经义概》是刘熙载《艺概》中专论八股文的一篇。刘熙载在论述时强调"文行并重",表现出卓越的批评眼光与研究方法,其中关于经义自身产生、发展的论述有较高的认识价值。《经义概》中还有很多关于经义写作的理论,对于文章写作也具有普遍的指导意义。
Liu Xi-zai＇s The Summary ofJing Yi （ring yi is a sort of essay style with rigid features particularly for examinations）, which focused on the Eight-part Essay, is one part of The Summary of Arts. The same emphasis of works and moral character in evaluation of a person shows Liu＇s critical insight and re- search method. His perspectives of the evolution of ring yi can help us understand the Eight-part Essay better. In addition, his theorization of the ring yi writing is of some guideline significance.
