摘要
针对国内数字化城市管理建设的现状和发展趋势,开发一个基于业务流、GPS和GIS的数字化城市管理系统。该系统通过流程再造简化了城市管理复杂的业务流程,规范了城市管理的工作程序,提高了城市管理的管理水平和管理效率,同时系统通过GIS和GPS技术的结合,更好地提高了城市管理人员处理业务的工作质量和工作效率。
Aiming at present status quo and development trend in constructing digitized city management, a new digital city management system based on services flow, GPS and GIS is developed. Through rebuilding the city management flow, the system simplifies the complicated services flow, and regulates the working procedure of the city management, as well as raises the management level and efficiency of city management. By combining the techniques of GPS and GIS, the system can also improve working quality and efficiency of city administrators in dealing with the services.
