摘要 按照异步牵引电机特性,建立起直接转矩控制系统的仿真模型。在启动时,逆变器按脉宽调制方式进行控制,当电机输出功率达到额定值时,进入方波控制区;为有效地抑制系统在启动初始过程中产生很大电流冲击,采用启动限流措施,防止定子磁链发生畸变和开关器件损坏。仿真模拟了异步牵引电机在运行过程中牵引和制动工况,Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明系统具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能,满足机车运行的要求。仿真结果验证了控制方法的有效性和正确性。 A simulation model of DTC system was built according to the features of the asynchronous motor. PWM control was adopted for inverter when starting but switched to square wave control when output power of motor reaches the nominal value. For restraining the great current impulse effectively when starting initially, start limit current measure was adopted to prevent the occurrence of magnetic chain of stator distortion and switches damage. Traction and brake operation mode of asynchronous motor is simulated in Matlab/ Simulink, simulation results show that the system have good steady and dynamic performance, meet the requirement of locomotive operation. The validity and correctness of the control method is proved.
