摘要
随着板坯连铸新技术的发展,为控制产品质量,扇形段辊缝的大小需要按照生产的要求而改变,并且在改变辊缝的同时要求保证浇铸过程的安全。板坯连铸机扇形段的结构形式决定了其辊缝的控制模型采用非线性和时变的系统,而传统的PID控制系统很难满足控制要求,因此本系统采用了模糊控制系统。在实际应用过程中,本系统的控制精度达到了±0.1mm,控制速度也同样令人满意。
As the technology of slab continuous casting machine has been made great progress, for high slab quality, the roller gap in segments should be controlled based on the production requirement while casting safety during roller gap control should be ensured. In correspondence to segment structure, non-linear and time-varying system is applied in the control module of roller gap. Therefore, the system mentioned in this article utilizes fuzzy control system instead of conventional PID system. During its application in practical production, with a satisfying control speed, its control accuracy can amount to ±0.1 mm.
