摘要
采用共混改性的方法,研制了电线电缆用聚乙烯(PE)护套料,其配方为:线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)7042为60份,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)TR144为20份,HDPE 2200J为20份,高耐磨炭黑为2.7份,抗氧剂为0.8份,润滑剂为0.8份。该护套料的绝缘电阻率为2.36×1014Ω.m,耐环境应力开裂时间大于500 h,耐气候老化时间为4000 h,材料的断裂伸长变化率为5%。
A polyethylene (PE) sheathing compound for wires and cables was developed with process of melt blending modification. The formulation of the sheathing compound was determined as follows: 60.00phr of LLDPE 7042, 20.00phr of HDPE TR144, 20.00phr of HDPE 2200J, 2.70phr of high abrasion furnace black, 0.8 phr of antioxidant and 0.80 phr of lubricant. The sheathing com- pound possesses the following physical and mechanical properties: an insulation resistivity of 2.36×10^14Ω.m, a time of resistance to environmental stress cracking of over 500 h, a time of resistance to weathering of 4000 h and a breaking extension rate of 5%.
