中韩铁路轮渡建设的必要性研究

Research on the Necessity of Building Railway Ferry between China and South Korea

研究目的:通过分析中韩两国现状贸易现状、发展趋势等,论述中韩两国间建设铁路轮渡的必要性,即:为两国间客货交流增加了新的运输方式,具有其它运输方式所无法比拟的优势;是两国经济和贸易发展的必然要求;完善运输网布局,有利于亚欧铁路运输大通道的形成。研究结论:(1)建设中韩铁路轮渡对于促进中韩及韩国与中亚、西亚及东欧各国贸易、提高第二大陆桥中国境内的运量、促进中韩两国人员往来都具有非常重要意义;(2)为两国间货物运输提供一种新的选择方式,满足货主对货物运输能力及质量不断增长的需求;(3)密切两国铁路部门的联系,促进相互发展;(4)具有潜在的巨大效益,极有发展成为亚洲和欧洲相互进入对方市场的竞争性通路的可能性,是推进亚欧经济一体化发展的强大动力,对区域经济乃至全球经济的发展有着深远的意义。

Research purposes： The analyses of the current trade situation and development trend between China and South Korea are made and the study is done on the necessity of building railway ferry between two countries.The economic and trade developments between two countries require building the railway ferry because the railway ferry can be as other transportation mode between two countries,which can improve the transportation network and promote formation of railway corridor between Asia and Europe.Research conclusions：（1） The railway ferry will develop the trade between China and South Korea and them with Middle Asia,Western Asia and Eastern Europe,enhance the traffic volume of the Second Continental Bridge in China and promote the people exchange between two countries.（2） The railway ferry will provide a new choice for freight between two countries,which can meet the demands of two countries.（3） The railway ferry can promote the coordination between Chinese railway and Korean railway.（4） The railway ferry will have great potential benefits and possibility to become the access between Asia and Europe,which can be as a resource for economic integration of Asia and Europe.
