Lessons from the Great Crises: A Global Perspective

本文探讨了世界各国历史上金融危机的发生、发展并从中总结了相关的经验与启示。文章认为,当前的全球金融危机与上世纪初的全球经济萧条有颇多相似之处,但由于应对方式不同,历史上的危机亦带来了不同结果。以此为出发点,本文分析了当前金融危机对中国的影响并提出相关的政策建议。

In this paper, we intend to address the following issues： 1. Lessons from the great crises in history across the world; 2.Similarities between the global economic situation today and the global recession in the early 1990s. We analyze the impact of financial crisis on China, and suggest possible policy recommendations.
