摘要
研究目的:以天津地铁津赤路站深基坑施工为背景,初步探讨旋喷桩、SMW桩的施工原理、质量控制措施。通过对原理的剖析,总结其在基坑围护工程中的应用,为今后软土地层的深基坑围护结构施工提供参考。研究结论:对天津地铁津赤路站风道围护结构施工的研究,充分验证了SMW桩和旋喷桩相配合作为基坑围护结构的可行性,值得在基坑围护结构工程中推广。SMW桩中H型钢既可以加强桩体强度,又可以再次利用,节约成本。但实际施工中一定要加强成桩质量控制,确保桩体的强度和抗渗性,以满足工程实际需要。
Research purposes:Taking the deep foundation pit construction for Jinyilu Station of Tianjin metro as the background,the discussions are made on the engineering principles of churning jet pile and SMW pile and the quality control measures for them,and the summary is made on their applications in exterior-protected construction for the purpose of providing the reference to the exterior-protected construction of foundation pit in soft soil area.Research conclusions:The research on the exterior-protected construction of foundation pit for Jinyilu Station of Tianjin metro shows SMW pile along with churning jet pile is feasible as the exterior-protected construction of foundation pit and is worth using widely.The H steel used in SMW pile can improve the pile strength and can be used again to save the cost.However,the piling quality should be guaranteed,especially the pile strength and impermeability,to meet the construction requirements.
