摘要 研究目的:为解决盾构施工的风险,安全可靠地在非常压下快速进行刀具的检查、更换及其它部件的维修或地下障碍物的排除,研究一种用于人员带压作业的安全可靠的带压进舱安全系统。研究结论:在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上,对盾构带压进舱安全系统进行了国产化研究,该系统通过采用具有气压过渡舱结构的双气路双室人舱和配套的控制系统以及安全保障系统,来确保人员带压进舱的安全。经过研究,掌握了带压进舱所必需的安全控制系统的配置技术,开发出了具有自主知识产权的盾构气压过渡舱及其配套的安全控制系统。 Research purposes: For avoiding the risks in construction of tunnel with shielded TBM and conducting a safe, reliable and quick cheek and change of bit tool as well as maintenance of other components or removal of underground obstacles under compressed air, a reliable TBM under compressed air has been development. safeguard system for person to access into working chamber of Research conclusions: Based on the absorption of the foreign advanced technologies, the researches were done on localization of the safeguard system. The improved system can safeguard the person to access into working chamber of TBM by using automatic pressure maintaining system, double airways and double chamber man - chamber with air pressure transfer chamber. Now with all necessary configuration technologies for the safeguard system mastered by us, the air pressure transfer chamber and its safety controlling system with our own intellectual property rights have been developed.
