稳心颗粒治疗充血性心力衰竭患者室性早搏的临床研究

Clinical observation on Wenxin Pellet for the ventricular premature beat in congestive heart failure patients

目的:评价稳心颗粒防治充血性心力衰竭患者室性早搏的临床疗效并评价其安全性。方法:64例充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组(稳心颗粒+常规治疗)32例,对照组(常规治疗)32例,经12周治疗后,观察6 min步行距离、超声心动图、24 h动态心电图监测室性早搏发作次数。结果:治疗后两组心功能都有好转,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前或对照组比较,治疗组超声心动图心搏量(SV)、心指数(C1)、左心室射血分数(EF)等心功能参数有显著性改善,左心室收缩期末内径和左心室舒张期末内径缩小,运动耐量增加;室性早搏发作次数减少,与对照组相比,P<0.01;治疗组患者心悸乏力、气短心烦等改善和生活质量提高优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:稳心颗粒联合常规治疗能更有效地控制充血性心力衰竭患者室性早搏的次数,有效地改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。

AIM： To assess the therapeutic effects of Wenxin Pellet for congestive heart failure （CHF） patients suffered with ventricular premature beat （VPBs）. METHODS ： Sixty four CHF patients complicated with VPB were randomly allocated into two groups： the treatment group （n = 32） was treated with Wenxin Pellet and routine treatment, and control group （n =32） with routine treatment. After 12-week treatment, the walking distance within 6 minutes and ultrasonic cardiogram were observed, and the onset times of VPB were monitored by 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. RESULTS： After treatment, the cardiac function in the two groups improved, and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with those before treatment or those in control group, the cardiac function parameters such as stroke volume （SV）, cardiac index （CI） and left ventricular ejection fraction （EF） improved significantly in treatment group, and inside diameters of the left ventricle at the end-diastolic phase and the end-systolic phase reduced significantly, the exercise tolerance increased significantly, and the onset times of VPB reduced the symptoms such as palpitation, lassititude, short breath and vexation were ameliorated and the life quality improved in the treatment group when compared with the control group （P 〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： Wenxin Pellet combined with routine treatment can control the onset of VPB in CHF patients effectively.
