摘要
目的:利用丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与超声耦合对灯盏花中类黄酮进行提取分离。方法:丙醇-硫酸铵双水相的形成和提取条件对类黄酮得率的影响进行了研究。结果:方法可有效地从中药中提取类黄酮,对灯盏花类黄酮的提取率为6.11%,提取物类黄酮含量为22.3%,明显高于回流提取法。结论:方法操作简便。
AIM: To use propyl-alcohol ammonium sulfateaqueous aqueous two-phase separation coupling with ultrasonic extraction to extract flavonoids from Erigeron breviscapus. METHODS: The effects of the formation of aqueous two-phase and ultrasonic extraction eonditons on extraction have been investigatied. RESULTS: The extraction rates of flavonoids was 6.11% in the optimum extraction and separation conditions, and the flavonoid content in extractive was 22.3%, much higher than that of reflux extraction.
