随着经济全球化的到来,吸引人才战略已越来越成为企业之间差异化竞争的焦点。通过研究国有老化工企业核心员工流失问题,找出核心员工流失的症结所在,为今后老化工企业制订人才战略,储备生产经营活动以及战略转型的人力资源打好扎实基础。
Along with the economic globalization period, enterprises’attract talent strategy comes to be the key point of differential competition.Through studying the procedure of key-employees’loss in old state-owned chemical enterprises,this paper would find out: The main reason of it and suit remedy to the case,ways to treat both the incidental and fundamental aspects simultaneously, and to build up basics of human resource for the enterprise’s fluent running and its strategy transformation.
