沙角C电厂锅炉微油点火存在的问题

Problems of Micro-oil Ignition of Boiler in Shajiao C Power Station

针对沙角C电厂锅炉微油点火系统在开机过程中出现多次锅炉主燃料跳闸(main fuel trip,MFT)的现象,详细分析了产生这些问题的主要原因是机组失去再热器保护逻辑所致,为此,提出了解决这些问题的途径和方法,使锅炉微油点火技术得到提高和完善。

Aiming at the repeated boiler main fuel trip （MFT） during startup of units equipped with boiler micro-oil ignition system in Shajiao C Power Station, thorough analysis was made and the loss of reheater protection logic was deemed to be the major cause. Corresponding solutions were put forth to improve the micro-oil ignition technique of boiler.
