摘要 华能汕头电厂600MW机组低背压凝汽器真空一直很差,通过现场试验和分析,确定影响凝汽器真空的原因是汽动给水泵密封水系统漏入了空气。为此,采取了两项技术改造措施:一是汽泵密封水回水系统加装一路排地沟;二是汽泵密封水回水系统加装密封扩容水箱。这两项措施有效地解决了凝汽器真空差的问题,提高了机组的经济性和安全性。 To solve the long-standing problem of poor vacuum in the low backpressure condenser of a 600 MW Unit in Huaneng Shantou Power Plant, field testing and analysis were made, and the air leakage into the sealing water system of turbine-driven feedwater pump was deemed to be the reason of the problem. Two technical modifying measures were taken, which included adding an underground drain to the sealing water backwater system of the pump and installing a sealed expansion water tank in the system. The two measures effectively solved the poor vacuum problem of the condenser, and improved the economic efficiency and security of unit.
