川芎嗪联合甲钴胺对晚期青光眼术后视功能的影响

Effect of Ligustrazine Combined with Mecobalamin Extract on the Recovery of Visual Function of Advanced Glaucomaer After Trabeculectormy

目的:观察川芎嗪联合甲钴胺胶囊对晚期青光眼患者小梁切除术后视功能的影响。方法:63例78眼抗青光眼术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规抗青光眼治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上使用川芎嗪注射液120 mg每日1次,口服甲钴胺胶囊500μg,每日3次,15 d为1疗程,观察记录所有的患者治疗前后的视力,视野,比较两组患者病情改变的差异性。结果:治疗组治疗后视力,视野均有明显改善,治疗组和对照组比较差异有显著性。结论:川芎嗪联合甲钴胺胶囊对晚期青光眼术后进行治疗,能有效提高视力,改善视野。

To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine combined with Mecobalamin extract on the recovery of visual function of glaucoma at advanced stage after trabeculectormy. Methods： A total of 78 eyes （63 patients） after trabeculectormy, were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group （conventional treatment group）. The treatment group received both conventional therapy and Ligustrazine extract plus Mecobalamin for fifteen days. The clinic effect was compared between the two groups in optimal visual acuity and visual field eye. Results： After treatment, the treatment group improved significantly in both visual acuity and visual field. Conclusion： Ligustrazine combined with Mecobalamin extrat is a valuable method with few side effects in improving visual fuction after trabeculectormy.
