鼻尖整形中耳软骨切取部位的选择

Choice of Donor Site of the Auricular Cartilage for Nasal Tip Plasty

目的:探讨鼻尖整形时耳软骨的切取部位。方法:回顾分析56例应用耳软骨行鼻尖整形的受术者,均取自耳廓前侧,其中耳甲腔56例,耳甲艇43例,耳屏38例。结果:术后随访3至6个月耳廓无明显变形,取材区无明显疤痕。结论:应根据不同的用途选择不同部位的耳软骨,且盾牌移植首选耳甲腔、帽状移植首选耳甲艇、支撑杆移植首选耳屏区软骨;耳廓前侧切取软骨具有操作方便、术后护理简单的优点。

To investigate the donor site to obtain the auricular cartilage for nasal tip plasty. Methods： Fifty-six cases for nasal tip plasty were involved in this study retrospectively. All the donor sites were at the frontal lateral of the auricle, including 56 from concha cavum, 43 from concha cymba, and 38 from tragus. Results： There were no obvious deformation of the auricle and no obvious scars at the donor site postoperatively with the follow up from 3 to 6 months. Conclusion： It is necessary to choose the donor site according to different purpose, and the first choice is concha cavum for shield graft, concha cymba for cap graft, and tragus for strut graft, respectively. This methods is simple for the procedure and postoperative nursing.
