加速碳酸化养护水泥——钢渣砌块(砖)的研究

摘要 粗磨钢渣混合水泥的方式制备一种砖或砌块,再用钢厂尾气实现加速碳酸化养护,钢渣的掺量上限为60wt%,碳酸化增重率10.44%,抗折强度5.02MPa,抗压强度20.06MPa,冻融强度14.63MPa,吸水率11.24%,饱水强度10.89MPa,压蒸安定性合格。中试生产出达到《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》JC/T422-2007标准的建筑用砌块(砖)。
