海马性味归经的相关药理研究

Related pharmacological research of hippocampus's efficacy on nature,flavor,meridian tropism

目的从现代药理学角度阐述海马功效的药性理论，探讨其传统中药药性（性味、归经、功效等）与现代药理学的相关性。方法通过分析中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、万方数据库和维普全文数据库中1988～2008年有关海马功效与药理相关的文献，对海马功效展开药理研究进展汇总。结果海马归肝经，可以用于抗血栓、增强免疫和抗肿瘤；归肾经具有抗衰老、增强记忆、抗疲劳和增强性功能的作用。结论海马具有多种药理作用，其“性、味结合归经”与现代药理作用有吻合之处，但还有待于完善。

Aim To through illuminating the theory of Chinese medicinal herbs＇ properties of its efficacy from the perspective of pharmacology investigate the correlation between hippocampusi properties （nature, flavor, meridian tropism and so on）and pharmacological research）. Method The pharmacodynamics of hippocampus were summarized through analyzing the related literatures in CNKI, CBM, Wanfang and Cqvip Database from 1988 to 2008. Result The related pharmacodynamics of hippocampus＇ s efficacy on ＂entry liver＂ are mainly anti-thrombus, immunity enhancing and anti-tumor, and that on ＂entry kidney＂ are mainly anti-ageing, memory reinforcing, anti-fatigue and sexual function strengthening. Conclusion Hippocampus has various pharmacological effects,and there are some correlations between its ＂nature, flavor, meridian tropism＂ and pharmacodynamics, but further perfection is still needed.
