摘要
本实验采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪技术对鲫鱼尾部神经分泌系统进行了研究,结果表明,尾部神经分泌细胞可分为大(60-70μm)、中(40-50μm)、小(20-30μm)三种类型,在尾部脊髓的背侧面和腹侧面都有分布,HRP的引入采用Griffin(1979)提出的缓释胶法,结果证明这种方法在鱼类神经解剖的束路示踪方而是可行的。
The caudal neurosecretory system of C. auratus has been studied by retrograde horseradish peroxiades (HRP) technique. The resul indicated that the caudal neurosecretion cells were divided into three types: the large(60 - 75μm), medium (40 - 50μm) and the small ones (20 - 30μm). These cells were distributed in the ventral and dorsal of the caudal spinal cord. In present study HRP has been implanted in urophysis by the slow release gel methed of Criffin's (1979) and demonstrated very suitable for fish neuroatomical tract - tracing.
