摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱测定酚磺乙胺片的含量。方法采用C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇旬05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾为流动相(10:90);流速:1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长为300nm;柱温:室温;进样量:20μl。结果在该色谱条件下,酚磺乙胺浓度在9.980~99.800mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=8),平均回收率98.3%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法灵敏、准确、简便,可作为酚磺乙胺片的含量测定方法。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phenol sulphur ethylamine tablets. Methods An HPLC method was used with a column of C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol -0.05 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( 10: 90) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 300nm and the column temperature was room temperature. The injection volume was 20 μl. Results Good linearities were obtained over the range of 9. 980 - 99. 800 mg · L^-1 ( r =0.9 999, n = 8 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.3% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate, simple and can be used to determine the contents of phenol sulphur ethylamine tablets.
