早期康复结合电刺激疗法对急性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation combined with electrotherapeutics on motor function of patients with acute stroke

目的探讨早期康复结合电刺激疗法对急性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法将80例急性脑卒中患者随机分成康复组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组均常规进行神经内科的药物治疗,康复组加以运动疗法和电刺激疗法,两组患者在入组时和治疗一个月后各评测一次Fugle-meyer运动功能(FMA)。结果治疗前两组患者FMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FMA评分均有提高(P<0.05)但康复组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且FMA评分变化均数与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论早期康复结合电刺激疗法对急性脑卒中患者运动功能有明显的促进作用。

Aim To investigative the effect of early rehabilitation combined with electrotherapeutics on motor function of patients with acute stroke. Methods 80 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. All patients of the two groups were treated by routine medication, the cases of the rehabilitation group added with physical therapy and electrotherapeutics. The motor function of all patients was assessed before and one month after treatment. Results The score of FMA was no difference between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the score of FMA in the two groups rised and had a significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores in the rehabilitation group were obviously superior to those in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation combined with electrotherapeutics can obviously improve the motor function of patients with acute stroke.
