摘要
采用营养液水培,研究了不同浓度(5?10?20?50?100、130 mg/L)镍处理下小麦幼苗叶片SOD、POD和CAT同工酶谱的变化。结果表明:镍处理下,小麦幼苗叶片SOD3-4、POD6-9、CAT1酶带减弱,SOD1-2、POD1-5诱导增强,镍通过影响SOD和CAT同工酶强弱而影响酶活性,通过改变POD同工酶条数和强弱来影响POD活性。
The effects of Ni^2+ in different concentration (5, 10, 20, 50, 100 mg/L) on isozymograms of SOD, POD and CAT in wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ) seedling leaf were studied by the method of hydroponics. The results showed that under nickel treatment, the isozymograms of SOD3 - 4, POD6 - 9 and CAT1 weakened obviously compared with the control, whereas the isozymograms of SOD1 - 2 and POD1 - 5 strengthened obviously. So excess nickel affected SOD and CAT activities in wheat seedling leaf by isozymograms expression, and affected POD activity by isozymogram band numbers and levels.
