摘要
介绍了碾米品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质、营养品质等方面的研究进展,分析了水分、肥料、环境因子等因素对水稻各品质形成的影响,对今后研究的方向和重点提出了看法。
This paper introduled some research progress, such as rice milling quality, appearance quality, cooking and eating quality, nutritional quality and so on. Then It analyzed the water, fertilization, environmental factors and other factors on the quality of rice. At the same time talking about the future diveetion and focus of awareness.
