彭阳县成立农民用水协会,让农民参与灌溉管理是提高水利工程管理水平的有效途径之一。本文阐述了农民用水协会的运行实践,总结了取得的成效和存在问题,并对今后的发展提出了建议。

It is one efficient way of improving management including setting up farming water - using association and allowing farmers to participate irrigation management. The article is based on illustration about practice of farmer water - using association, advantages and problems were summed up and some advices were given.
