家庭联产承包责任制与我国小农生产方式的改造

On Relation between the Policy of "Household Contract Responsibility System with Remuneration Linked to Output" and the Transformation of Mode of Small-scale Farming Production in Our Country

改造落后的小农生产方式是我国农业现代化的实质内容,虽然建国后通过合作化道路,个体农民经济被改造成集体经济,然而这种集体经济的生产方式仍然是落后的小农生产方式集合,并未成为真正的现代化大农业生产。家庭联产承包责任制的实施,不仅把小农生产方式的改造置于新条件背景之下,同时也使我国小农生产方式改造思路发生了重大转变,从而使我国特色的小农生产方式改造道路理论得以最终形成。

The modernization of agriculture in China is in essence to transform the backward mode of small--scale farming production. In fact, it was not nearly so enough to transform the traditional backward mode of small--scale farming production that simply added peasant＇s individual economy together through cooperative transformation of agriculture campaign. The policy of ＂Household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output＂ was put into effect; not only did we have put the transformation of the mode of small--scale farming production under the new background, but also our means of which had changed greatly , at last the way of transformation with distinct Chinese characteristics was shaped.
