本文记述神蕊螨属AgistemusSummers一新种,黄山神蕊螨Agistemushuangshanensissp.nov.。
The present paper deals with a new species of the genus Agistemus Summers collected on lichen. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Environmental and Resources Biology, Fudan University, Shanghai. Agistemus huangshanensis sp. nov.\ (Figs. 1 7) Female. Body colour red; length of body (excluding gnathosoma) (319 4±8 0)μm, width (249 4±9 8)μm. Seven dorsal plates smooth, neither reticulated nor striated. Posteocular body large (31μm), accompanied mesially by an elongate, inconspicuous accessory body. Twelve pairs of longer dorsal setae pectinate, set on small tubercles; radio ae/ae ae=2 7;a>a b; dorsal seta c extending to susranal plate. One pair of paragenital plate on venter of opisthosoma. Numbers of setae and solenidia (in paran theses) on segments of legs Ⅰ Ⅳ:coxae 2 1 2 2, trochanters 1 1 1 1,femora 5 4 2 2, genua 3 1 0 0,tibiae 5(1) 5(1) 5(1) 5(1), tarsi 12(1) 9(1) 7(1) 7. Male. Red in colour; length of body (excluding gnathosoma)(270 7±3 9)μm,width (211 1±1 3)μm. character similar to female, except that intercalary plates jointed with median plate, forming metapodosomal plate. Chaetotaxy of legs similar to female, except that tarsi 12(2) 9(2) 7(1) 7(1). This new species is similar to A. lobatus Ehara 1964 and A. exsertus Gonzalez Rodriguez 1963, but differs from the latter two in the following characters:1) 1 pair of paragenital plate in the new species, not 2 pairs as in the latter two; 2) chaetotaxy of genura: 3 1 0 0 in the new species, but 4 1 0 0 in the latter two;3) the radio ae/ae ae=2 7 in the new species, while ae/ae ae=1 8 in A. lobatus and ae/ae ae=2 2 in A. exsertus; 4) a>a b in the new species, while a <a b in the latter two; 5) dorsal seta c extending to susranal plate in the new species, but not in the latter two. Holotype ♀, Tunxi District (29°7′N, 118°3′E), Huangshan City, Anhui Province; Oct. 8, 1994; paratypes 2♀♀,2 , same as for holotype, coll. HU Si Ji.
