文章从科学发展观出发,对我国青少年竞技篮球人才的培养进行综合剖析,并着重从培养理念、培养目标和培养途径等宏观层面提出相关对策,以期为我国青少年竞技篮球人才的培养及其健康和可持续发展提供良益参考.

This paper comprehensively analyzes the cultivation of Chinese athletic basketball adolescent talents according to the scientific development principle. This paper also puts forward some correlative countermeasures in light of training concept, training target and training methods as well in the hope of providing reference and guidelines for the cultivation and sustainable development of athletic basketball adolescent talents in China.
