摘要
通过对复杂斜顶零件的加工工艺研究,提出了合理安排模具零件的加工顺序及加工复杂斜顶零件的方法,制定了斜顶零件的加工工艺过程,解决了四面具有斜度的不对称斜顶零件的加工问题,实现斜顶零件高效、快速地加工。
By process analysis of the complex angle ejector, proposed a way for manufacture complex angle ejector via adjusting the machine order for mold parts, put forward a manufacture process for angle ejector, solved the manufacture problem concerning a unsymmetrical angle ejector with different slope in each side, and as a result, realized efficient manufacture of angle ejector.
