摘要
针对拉伸零件的结构特点,分析了其成形工艺,确定了排样图,设计了一幅侧冲缺口-横向冲切落料拉伸级进模。重点介绍了侧冲缺口结构设计,横向冲切结构设计,3次拉伸结构设计等等。对类似零件模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
According the structure characteristics of the drawing part,analyzed the forming process, determined strip layout, designed a drawing progressive die with side notching and horizontal blanking mechanism, mainly introduced the side notching structure design, the horizontal blanking structure design, three drawing structure design, and so on. It has a certain reference function to die design of similar parts.
