摘要
通过对薄壁凸台成型缺陷的原因分析,指出了引起凸台不能完全成型的几种因素,并根据分析结果对模具结构进行了优化设计,成功地解决了薄壁凸台成型问题,保证了产品质量。
Through analyzing the molding defects of the thin-wall raised insulation part, pointed out some kinds of elements that making raised not filling full, and optimized the mold design on the basis of the analyse result.It resolved the thin raised molding problem successfully, and gurranteed the product＇s quality.
