影响产业技术进步的因素比较复杂,而外商直接投资是产业技术进步的主要外部来源之一,因此有必要掌握这一因素对于产业技术进步的长期影响和动态调整特征。文章针对该问题运用动态经济计量学分析方法,对我国外商直接投资的制造业技术进步效应进行实证分析,得出外商直接投资在长期并不能成为我国产业技术进步的主要来源的结论。

Factors that influence technological progress are quite complex, but the FDI is one of the main exterior origins for the progress of industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the long-term influences and characteristics of the dynamic adjustment of this factor related to the industrial technological advancement. This paper attempts to utilize the most recent development of the dynamic economy metrology analysis method, carrying on an empirical analysis about technological progress impacts in China by foreign direct investments＇ manufacturing industry. It comes to the conclusion that FDI in a long-term can not become a major source of industrial technological progress, thus providing basis for the theoretical analysis and the real diagnosis examination for the policies of utilizing foreign capital.
