摘要
企业专利战略对提升我国高新技术企业的核心竞争力具有重要的作用。文章尝试在专利战略制定的过程中,通过引入SWOT战略分析方法,对我国高新技术企业的优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素和威胁因素进行了分析,得出适合不同竞争力企业的专利战略模式和战略组合,并且为我国高新技术企业专利战略管理水平的提升给出了相应的对策。
Enterprise patent strategies are of great importance in improving the core competence of national high-tech enterprises. In the process of patent strategy formulation, the paper analyzes the strong points, shortcomings, opportunities and risks of high-tech enterprise by using SWOT, drawing the conclusion which is available for high-tech enterprises with different competence. It proposes some measures for elevating the management of patent strategies for high-tech enterprises.
