摘要
现代社会飞速发展,各种不稳定因素也日益增多。面对各种天灾、人祸,如何抵御灾难成为人类面临的共同问题,危机管理逐渐成为研究的热点和重点问题。由于信息在危机管理中发挥着重要作用,危机传播和危机报道的重要性亦随之凸显了出来。文章以2008年网络媒体对汶川地震报道为背景,结合当前媒介环境的变化,在已有的一些危机管理和危机传播理论和实践研究基础上,探讨网络媒体在当前危机传播中发挥的优势作用及其发展和规制。
Modern society develops rapidly and is beset by various kinds of unstable factors. In the presence of natural and mancaused disasters, how to prevent and resist crisis has become a common challenge. As a result, crisis management has gradually become spotlighted in academic research. For the importance of information in crisis management, crisis communication and reporting become more and more important. Setting the internet media＇s reporting of the Wenchuan Earthquake as the background, combined with the development of modern media context, and based on the other existent theory and practice of the study on crisis management and communication, this paper will discuss the advantages, development and restrictions of internet media in modern crisis communication.
