黑龙江省农村居民消费结构分析

The Analysis on Consumption Structure of Rural Resident in Heilongjiang Province

改革开放以来,伴随经济持续健康发展,新农村建设步伐的推进,黑龙江省农村居民人均纯收入不断提高,说明居民消费水平的恩格尔系数正呈普遍下降趋势。立足于农村居民消费结构的现状,采取定性和定量相结合的方法,分析当前农村居民消费结构中存在的主要问题及影响消费结构优化的主要因素。

From the policy of reforming and opening to the world, following the sustainable and healthy development of economic and the forward step of new rural construction, the net income of rural resident has shown increased continuously, meanwhile Engel＇ s Coefficient represents consumption level has been in decreased state. This paper analyzes the current crucial problem in consumption structure and the key factors influencing optimization of consumption structure, based on present situation of rural resident consumption, adopting the method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.
