对当前我国资本市场的思考

改革开放三十年来,资本市场逐步发展深化,各项制度不断完善,资本市场已经在我国的经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。但是,由于我国资本市场起步较晚,整体规模偏小、法律、法规等制度的不健全,同国外发达国家相比,仍存在很多问题和不足。如何发展资本市场,发挥其在经济发展中的作用,已成为经济学家们研究的焦点。

After thirty years reform and openness, capital market is deepening step-by-step, various system is perfecting unceasingly , capital market is already aeting as an important role in economic growth of our country. However our capital market starting is later, overall scale is small , the law and regulation is unhealthy compared with developed countries abroad, there still exists many problems. How to develop capital market , bringing its effect in economy developing, already become the focal point in economists＇ study.
