从大学生就业现状以及培养大学生就业能力的角度,提出大学生就业能力基本构成——个人基本素质、专业知识和就业技能。指出,提升大学生就业能力是破解大学生就业难的关键所在。大学生的就业问题是目前高等教育发展的重要问题,因此提高大学生就业能力,使之实现就业理想显得极为重要。

Considering the employment situation and training of college students＇ employment abilities, this paper puts forward an idea that the abilities encompasses students＇ basic qualities, professional knowledge and employment skills. The tackling of employment difficulties hinges on the enhancement of employment abilities. Since employment constitutes one of the problems in terms of present - day higher edacation development, it is fundamentally important for college students to enhance employ- ment abilities, obtain an employment and improve self - values.
