神经内科住院患者医院感染肺炎克雷伯菌的β-内酰胺酶分类检测

摘要 目的了解神经内科住院患者医院感染肺炎克雷伯菌所产各种β-内酰胺酶(β-lase)分布情况。方法采用多底物改良相邻纸片法检测神经内科住院患者医院感染34株肺炎克雷伯菌所产各种β-1ase。结果神经内科住院患者医院感染34株肺炎克雷伯菌中产β-lase菌株27株,总β-Mase检出率为79.4%,其中产青霉素酶11株(32.4%),广谱酶1株(2.9%),单产ESBLs5株(14.7%),产复合酶10株(29.4%),ESBLs总计15株(44.1%),未检出头孢菌素酶、培南酶。结论本组神经内科住院患者医院感染肺炎克雷伯菌产β-laset以青霉素酶、ESBLs为主,未检出头孢菌素酶、培南酶。 Objective To study the classification of the D-Lactamases Produced by Klebsiella pneumoniae of inpatient in department of neurology. Methods detecting the D-Lactamases produced by Klebsiella pneumoniae of inpatient in department of neurology with a multi-disk synergy test. Results The 27 strains of 34 strains produce the β-Lactamases, total produce rate is 79.4%, 11 strains produce penicillinases (32.4%), 1 strain producing broad-spectrum β-Lactamases (BSBLs,2.9%), 5 strains produce extented-spectrum β- Lactamases (ESBLs, 14.7%) alone, 10 strains produce AmpCβ-Lactamases and ESBLs (29.4%), total produce ESBLs rate is 44.1% (15 strains), all did not produce cephalosporinases and carbapenem- hydrolyzingβ- Lactamases (CHBLs). Conclusions The types of β-Lactamases produced by the 34 strains are mainly pcnicillinases and ESBLs, all did not produce eephalosporinases and CHBLs.
