摘要
产业结构的调整升级是我国经济持续发展的关键环节。目前产业结构不合理已成为制约我国经济持续增长的瓶颈。政府在科技进步推动产业结构调整过程中,应发挥服务和引导作用,制定合理的产业政策,使产业结构不断合理化和高级化,进而促进经济的增长。
The industrial structure adjustment is the key to the sustainable development of our country economy which is restricted at present by the irrational industrial structure. The government should offer service and help the businesses in making proper policy, promoting the products and accelerating the economic growth in the drive for the promotion of science and technology and business adjustment.
