信息技术高速发展,对现代教学模式产生了重大影响。利用信息网络技术进行饭店管理课程教学具有内容丰富性、资料整合性、空间开放性和教学互动性的特点。利用信息网络技术的饭店管理课程须从导学、网络平台和教学课件建设等方面进行课程建设,教学中应该注意"教导"结合、不断更新教学内容和发挥学生学习主体性等问题。

The rapid development of information network technology had a major impact on modem teaching model. This article points out the characteristics such as content richness, data integration, open space and interactive teaching. It researches the key points of the course in application from guidance, courseware and network platform construction. Then it discusses the problems as teaching and guiding combination, updating teaching content constantly, and playing to learn subjectivity of informa- tion networks in hotel management course.
