摘要
介绍了智能高效率电焊机的设计过程.结合电力电子技术和控制技术发展的实际情况,设计出的智能高效率电焊机具有节约能源、焊接性能好、频率响应快、动特性好和工作效率高等方面的优点.详细介绍了该电焊机的各组成部分(直流稳压电源、AT89C52控制电路、检测电路、控制信号驱动电路、参量控制电路、IGBT弧焊机)的工作原理及电路的设计情况.
A detailed design process ot a welding machine is presented. the design ot intelligent and highly efficient welding machine is based on technologies of power electronics and self-control. The composition of the designed welding system, including DC stable power, control and signal inspect circuit, parameter-control circuit and IGBT are introduced in detail. The application of the designed machine in product line shows that system has high performances in energy saving efficiency, welding capability, dynamic characteristic, and rapidness in frequency response.
