摘要 叉蕊薯蓣茎节在培养基MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L或MS+KT2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L上繁殖效率最高,继代培养可持续旺盛增殖.80g/L蔗糖的MS+BA80mg/L为诱导离体茎段形成微型薯蓣的适宜培养基. Nodal segments of Dioscor collettii Hook. F. obtained the highest propagation efficiacy and kept constantly vigorous growth when subcultured on MS + BAl. 0mgL-1 + NAA0. IMgL-1 MS + KT2.0m gL-1+N A A0. 5mgL-1. MS basal medium containing 8. 0 mgL-1 andsucrose at 80 gL-1 was the appreciate medium for microtuberization from nodal segments cul-tured in vitro.
