Nodal segments of Dioscor collettii Hook. F. obtained the highest propagation efficiacy and kept constantly vigorous growth when subcultured on MS + BAl. 0mgL-1 + NAA0. IMgL-1 MS + KT2.0m gL-1+N A A0. 5mgL-1. MS basal medium containing 8. 0 mgL-1 andsucrose at 80 gL-1 was the appreciate medium for microtuberization from nodal segments cul-tured in vitro.
