案例库建设落后是制约中国管理案例教学的重要原因。案例库建设应该遵循科学的模式。其"4S"模式是指组织研究团队(Study Team),通过科学流程(Scientific Processes),建设合符质量标准(Standard Qualities)的案例库,实现成果共享(Sharing Productions)。

The underdevelopment of building management case base is an important factor that hampers the development of case teaching in China＇ s management education. We should build management case base according to a scientific mode. The ＂4S＂ mode of building management case base means that organizing a study team, creating a set of scientifie processes, establishing a system of standard qualities, and sharing productions of building management case base.
