建立农科院校英语专业人才培养方案是培养农科院校英语复合型人才的关键,本文分析了我国英语专业的发展现状,并结合农科院校英语专业发展的优势,探索农业院校英语专业人才培养方案,通过积极实施英语教学改革,以期实现农科院校英语专业培养目标,最终提高教学质量,使学生在综合素质、知识、能力结构等方面全面提高。

The plan on cultivating English students of agricultural colleges, is the key of cultivating Eng- lish compound qualified graduates. The article analyzes the current situation of English departments in China, combining the advantages of English departments＇ development of agricultural colleges, exploring the cultiva- ting plan of English qualified graduates of agricultural college. By implementing the reform of English teach- ing, we expect that we can realize the cultivating aim of English departments in the agricultural colleges, and finally improving the teaching quality, completely improving the students＇ comprehensive qualities, knowledge standard and abilities structures.
