摘要
黑龙江省高职毕业生的就业率虽然与总体平均差距减小了,但仍低于总体平均就业率。社会产业结构的发展滞后,用人单位人才观念的陈旧,职业资格证书执行的偏差;学校专业设置的不合理及实践教学体系的不完善,家长及学生的期望值过高等因素均影响了黑龙江省高职毕业生的就业。
The employment rate of the higher vocational graduates in Heilongjiang province is lower than the general level, although the gap is reduced. There are a lot of factors affecting this rate in Heilongjiang province, which included lagging development of social industrial framework, old ideas of employers, deviation application of the Professional Qualification Certificate, irrational majors in the colleges, imperfect system of practice education, and higher expectation of parents and students.
