黑龙江省是一个农业大省,农业经济的发展对于全省经济的发展具有巨大促进作用。农业高新技术成果转化推动了我省农业产业化的进程,促进了农村经济发展,增加了农民收入。本文通过对我省农业高新技术成果转化进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议。

Heilongjiang province is a big agricultural province; the agricultural economy development has the huge promoter action regarding the entire province economy development. The agricultural high technology and new technology achievement transformation promoted our province agricultural industrial production ad- vancement, the rural economic development, and increased the farmers＇ineome. This article has carried on the analysis to our province agricultural high technology and new technology achievement transformation, put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.
